Where else in the world can you find world renowned milk from the most famous cow, some of the greatest shellfish in plentiful supplies including the Royal Bay Oysters and hand dived scallops picked early morning, not forgetting the Jersey Royal Potato all in the 9 by 5 mile area that is Jersey.
The dining room and private Bohemia rooms allow a choice of intimacy and style as well as atmosphere and decadency or try the Chef’s Table in the heart of the kitchen to absorb the energy of a Michelin Star kitchen for up to 6 guests.
Bohemia Bar is a haven for cocktails, champagnes and wines with casual seating for up to 60 guests, full bar and cocktail list along with light snacks available for lunch making this the perfect place relax and enjoy great company.
