Chef Tom Earnshaw
Tom’s impressive career has been established in Michelin-starred kitchens including the three-star Moor Hall Restaurant (then two-star) as well as Northcote and The Samling hotels. Tom joined Bohemia in 2023 as Sous Chef and took over as Head Chef in 2025.
