Shaun Rankin has joined 19 other top UK chefs to create Yes Chef!, a book of 100 great British recipes by 20 great British chefs.

Yes Chef! published by Absolute Press features five of Rankin’s chosen recipes and profiles Shaun personally as well as Jersey - an ‘island for foodies’.  Further describing Jersey as 'a veritable Garden of Eden of culinary delights', Yes Chef! celebrates Rankin’s ‘nine mile kitchen garden’.

The book put together by James Winter and James Bulmer aims to demonstrate that out of an estimated 25,000 restaurants in the UK which are mainly chain outlets there “are a small number of glistening jewels – restaurants in which you’ll get an exceptional experience thanks the superlative skills of their chefs.”

Shaun Rankin who is currently working on a book based around Jersey produce in his recipes was naturally thrilled at the launch of Yes Chef!  “To be part of a book of this calibre highlighting great British food, restaurants and chefs is an honour and I really enjoyed putting our part together especially showcasing Jersey produce.”

Yes Chef! is available at all good book stores and Bohemia has a limited number of books signed by Shaun Rankin for sale at the restaurant.
